Russell’s Reserve™ Fully Cooked Ribs are delicious prepared in a variety of ways. To ensure you have the most exceptional experience, please consider the following:
- Because ovens, grills, and microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.
- Although Russell’s Reserve™ ribs are freezable, do not cook ribs from frozen state. Placing ribs in sink filled with cool water will quickly thaw ribs (15-30 minutes).
Grill (Russell’s preferred method)
- Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
- Remove ribs from packaging.
- Place ribs, bone side down on grill. Heat on Medium – High heat covered for 8-10 minutes or uncovered for 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until hot. After each side has been face down on grill, you may brush ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce as desired.
- Remove from grill & cut ribs into desired portions.
- Serve and Enjoy!
*Thicker Ribs may take up to 10 minutes longer.*
Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove ribs from bag & place ribs, bone side down, on center of greased, large shallow baking pan.
- Place ribs in oven for 15-20 minutes.
- *Optional* Remove ribs from oven and add desired amount of BBQ sauce on both sides of ribs. Make sure to place ribs on baking sheet with bone side down.
- Place ribs back in oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until ribs are hot.
- Remove from oven, cut ribs into desired portions.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Microwave
- Remove ribs from packaging.
- Cut ribs into 3-4 serving pieces (2-3 ribs each).
- Place ribs, bone side down, in microwave-safe dish (overlapping pieces as necessary).
- Cover ribs in your favorite BBQ sauce. Loosely cover dish with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on High 8-10 minutes or until ribs are hot. Let stand 2 minutes. Carefully remove ribs from microwave, remove plastic wrap. Careful, hot steam will escape.
- Serve and enjoy!
